Smile Boat Parade Sponsors—Thank You!
Many Portlanders don't realize that Portland has an active and vibrant North Waterfront, comprised of marinas, yacht clubs, floating restaurants, and the city's only inhabited island, all tucked along one bend of the Columbia. Every August, the community living and working here puts on the Smile Boat Parade: decorated boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and two miles of grins through North Portland Harbor.
