3 Phase Plan for Triangle at Gantenbien and Marine Drive
Phase I – Clean Up
The first phase is underway. The BNA Board approved hiring Integrity Tree Care for $1450 to clear debris, trim and start repairing the big red oak, remove some plants and grind stumps in the Bridgeton triangle.
Phase II - Triangle design
Kent Gentry of Greenswale Garden Design has submitted a proposal illustrating potential improvements. The BNA board will review the proposal and make a recommendation.
An element of the redesign includes developing Bridgeton Neighborhood signs. The concept for the sign placement will include all of the Bridgeton neighborhood from Anchor Way to the east entrance at Bridgeton Rd and Marine Dr. Designs will be reviewed and selected designs will be shared for comment.
Phase III – Maintenance
Low maintenance is a requirement for the landscape design. A plan for maintenance service will be included with overall design proposal.
